You can apply online below or download our Early Head Start and Head Start applications here to fill out and turn in. 

Completed applications may be turned in at 1401 Old Fredericksburg Rd. Culpeper VA 22701, or emailed to reception@culpeperhumanservices.org.

Who May Qualify?

~ Families who receive public assistance (SNAP, TANF, or SSI)

~ Income eligible families

~ Families experiencing unstable housing situations

~ Children with disabilities or suspected delays

~ Foster or Kinship Care families

Early Head Start / CHS-KC-EHS

Birth – 3 Years Old
